- We currently need a fantastic physiotherapist in the south! We are generally open to candidates based in Tasmania's south, north, or northwest and have office space in Hobart, Launceston, Devonport, and Burnie.

You will do
- Help clients with physical difficulties resulting from illness, injury, disability, or aging to improve their movement.
- Devise and review treatment programs using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and technology.
- Develop goal-oriented, individualised programs with your clients to facilitate recovery or rehabilitation.
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to guide assessment, treatment, consultancy, and referrals.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver assessments and 'best practice' principles of care.
You need to have
- Current registration with AHPRA as an accredited physiotherapist
- Ability to work within the code of conduct and ethical principles as outlined by the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA)
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Up-to-date vaccinations against COVID-19.
Ideally, you also have
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for positive interaction with clients and their families, team members, and stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of community-based service provision
- An understanding of risk management principles, workplace health and safety, and continuous quality improvement processes and their application in the workplace
- Experience in providing evidence-based clinical assessment and planning appropriate interventions for clients with chronic and complex conditions, with a focus on client reablement and independence
